About This Dish
A beloved cold dessert drink (half dessert, half drink) made with chilled coconut milk and a colorful array of toppings: agar-agar jelly (red and green), small glutinous rice balls, palm seeds (hmway bin thee), bread cubes, and sometimes sago pearls. Refreshing and sweet — the perfect escape from Myanmar's heat.
How to Eat This Properly
Stir gently to mix the coconut milk and toppings before drinking/eating. Adjust sweetness level with sugar syrup provided on the side. Eat with a spoon to get all the toppings, and sip the coconut milk at the end. Best enjoyed as cold as possible.

Dessert stalls, market food courts, and roadside vendors throughout Myanmar. Very popular in the hot season (March–May). Also found in tea shops as a dessert option.
